We’re thrilled to share the date for our next in-person Reading Room event in Berlin! Join us on April 29, 2025, at Refuge Worldwide's Oona Bar for an evening dedicated to reading and connection.
Doors open at 7:00 pm, so feel free to arrive early, grab a drink, find a seat, and settle in. The silent reading session will typically start at 7:30 pm after a brief introduction once everyone has arrived. From 8:30 pm on, we’ll open the space for conversation with fellow book lovers, though you’re more than welcome to keep reading if you prefer. Please note that capacity at Oona Bar is very limited.

Bring along the book you’re currently reading or a favourite you’d like to revisit.
Settle in for a peaceful, one-hour silent reading session.
Share favourite lines or book insights with your neighbour – or simply keep reading.
All the while, sip on a drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic, hot or cold) from the bar and enjoy music curated especially for the evening.
